We make and sell small-batch candles, incense, and other fragrance products.

However, our products are handmade and produced in small batches. Minor variations in color, appearance, finish, texture, packaging, and other characteristics may occur from one batch to another.
Photographs are provided for general reference. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, lighting, or other factors.
Fragrance is inherently subjective. Descriptions of fragrance notes, scent profiles, strength, and character represent our best description of the product and are not a guarantee that a particular fragrance will smell the same to every person.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time.
4. Candle & Product Safety
Candles, incense, and other fragrance products may involve flame, heat, smoke, or other hazards and must be used responsibly.
Always follow the safety and care instructions provided with your product.
Never leave a burning candle or incense unattended. Keep candles and incense away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and other hazards. Use products only for their intended purpose.
OHDELAY Wax Co. is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, modification, neglect, failure to follow safety instructions, or use contrary to the intended purpose of a product, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Your order is not considered accepted until we have successfully processed your payment and accepted the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, inventory limitations, pricing or product-information errors, shipping limitations, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impractical or inappropriate.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order to the original payment method.
6. Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to display accurate prices and product availability.
Despite our efforts, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid for that product.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
7. Payment
Payment must be successfully completed through the payment method offered at checkout before an order can be processed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
OHDELAY does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on our own systems.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We will ship orders to the destinations available at checkout.
Any shipping or delivery timeframe provided by OHDELAY is an estimate unless we expressly state that a particular date or timeframe is guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we will provide any notices, options, or refunds required by applicable law.

Because we are a small-batch business, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated once an order has entered processing or shipment.
If we are able to cancel your order before processing, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
